Do I need an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional. You can checkout as a guest.

How long does it take for my item to ship?
Most items will typically ship within a few days up to 2 weeks. This is due to
high demand with our printing partners and the fact that each product
is made to order.

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes! It is our goal to keep you out of the dark and informed about your order through the process.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Certain items may only take a few days but most items will ship out within 1 to 2 weeks. From there it depends
on your location. It can take an extra 3 to 5 days. We are based out of the USA so international orders will take longer.

How do I return my order?
The best way is to send us an email here: CONTACT FORM. From there arrangements will be made for you to send it back and receive a refund. For more details please read our return policy on site.

Do you offer product customization?
I’m sorry but we do not offer any customization or personalization of items.

What do you mean by “Made To Order”?
We don’t carry any stock of the products offered here. Instead your order is sent to our printing partner who will then print the design on the product you ordered. Once completed your item will ship directly to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and debit securely through Stripe and Paypal as well.
