I will need these photos to show my printer so that they can fix it and send you a replacement. In some cases I may request to have the faulty item shipped to me. If so, I will send you a prepaid shipping label that you can print. I do not provide full refunds for items that you decide you no longer want because you changed your mind after the item was shipped or you didn’t read the description about the item before you purchased it.
